Refund policy

Free returns within 14 days

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give any reason (Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code [Code de la consommation]).

We pay for the return. Email us at contact@palmsdecor.com with your order number: we will send you a prepaid return label. You pay nothing upfront.

Conditions

The product must be returned to us complete (base, stack of notes, adapter, instructions), in a condition that allows it to be resold, ideally in its original packaging. You remain liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

We will refund all sums paid, including the original delivery costs, within 14 days of the date on which you informed us of your decision. We may withhold this refund until we have received the product back or until you have supplied proof of having sent it back (Article L221-24 of the French Consumer Code). The refund is made using the same means of payment as the one used for the order.

Product arrived damaged or faulty

Email us at contact@palmsdecor.com. So that we can act quickly, please attach a photo or a short video if possible. We will offer you a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you. This does not in any way limit your legal guarantees, described below.

Legal guarantees

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you are entitled to:

• the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), for the period that applies in your country, starting from delivery of the product. Any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within the period provided by law is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery. You may choose between repair and replacement of the product, free of charge;
• the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code [Code civil]), for the period provided by law, starting from discovery of the defect.
